After-sales loading measures:

1. When packing, check whether the whole machine and its accessories meet the packing list;
2. It is to check whether the firmware of each part of the host is loose;
3. When loading, the damping element must be in the corresponding phase;
4. After adjusting the height and balance of the vibration plate, fix the base on the binding plate or bracket;
5. It is necessary to leave proper clearance between the outlet of the vibration plate and the connecting facilities to prevent the normal operation of the vibration plate from being affected;
6. Use the electrical control box to connect the vibration plate to the electrical plug, connect to the power source, and turn on Switch, turn the potentiometer slowly, and gradually realize the required feed quantity. The final concern is that the potentiometer must be adjusted to the lowest value before starting to prevent damage to the thyristor.
