What is the composition and function of the vibrating plate coating?

Vibrating plateCoating generally uses two kinds of materials in the vibrating plate industry :

    1. One is a polyurethane material produced in Germany, sprayed on the surface of the disk, and formed after curing.

    2. The other is Teflon material produced in Japan.


At present, our company’s vibrating plate uses a PU coating of the 795 series of German Metaline Company, which has a hardness of up to 95 Shore, good elasticity, good finish, and a static friction coefficient of 0.2. It has passed the US FDA certification and can be used for food and Vibrating plate in the pharmaceutical industry.
